Tour Plan
Upon on Arrival in Yerevan, You will be met our local representative and transferred you to the hotel for check-in.
After some rest, proceed for exploring Yerevan, one of the world’s oldest cities. Yerevan is often referred to as the “Pink City” and impresses visitors with its grand soviet architecture. Our first stop in Yerevan will be at the Armenian Genocide Memorial Complex on Tsitsernakaberd Hill. Next, we will visit the modern symbol of Yerevan – Cascade Monument, a giant stairway (572 steps) linking downtown Yerevan with monument neighborhood. From the top of the monument, you can capture the best panorama of Yerevan and Mount Ararat. Continue exploring the city with a walk down its beautiful streets, passing Opera House, Republic Square and Abovyan Avenue. you will be transferred to the hotel before enjoying a welcome dinner at a traditional local restaurant in the evening. Overnight at the hotel.
After breakfast at the hotel proceed to visit Lake Sevan, pearl of this mountainous country and one of the largest freshwater high-altitude lakes in Eurasia. See Sevanavank Monastery complex on Sevan Peninsula, from where the whole beauty of Lake Sevan can be observed. Currently a religious seminary functions here, which is not readily open to the public. You will then go to Dilijan, otherwise referred to as “Armenian Switzerland” for its fantastic natural forests. The town is a part of Dilijan National Park. The next stop is Goshavank Monastery, surrounded by green territories. Finally, visit Haghartsin, a 10th century monastery which has been recently renovated by donation of Sheikh Dr. Sultan Bin Mohammad Al Qassimi, the Ruler of Sharjah, who was impressed by the monastery when visiting it. back to hotel and overnight at the hotel.
After breakfast proceed to city tour of Vernissage Market. Vernissage is one of the best things to do in Yerevan and Armenia. In fact, no visit to Armenia would be complete without taking a tour of this wonderful open-air market. It’s not only the best place to buy your Armenian souvenirs, but it’s also the perfect place to observe locals and people-watch for hours. Back to hotel and overnight at the hotel
After breakfast at the hotel proceed to the most fascinating attractions of Armenia are here to amaze you! Visit Khor Virap Monastery, a great place for embracing picturesque views of the Holy Mount Ararat. Next, see the Monastery Complex Noravank, that is unique in its construction as the Church of Holy Mother of God is 2-storied Monastery. After that have wine tasting in “Hin Areni” wine factory, which is one of the oldest settlements in Armenia, famous for its wines. Finally, visit an ancient cave called “Birds-Cave” or Areni-1. Then back to hotel and overnight at the hotel.
After breakfast join this short group tour to explore most unique attractions of Armenia! First up, visit Garni, which is the only standing pagan temple in Armenia, the next stop is Geghard Monastery, being a complex, which is partially carved in a rock. Overnight at the hotel.
After breakfast at the hotel then proceed to airport to get the flight back to your home country.
